What changed

Nobody decided to stop calling. They just stopped having to.

Dinner. A ride. A hotel. A haircut. An oil change. A doctor. A plumber. All booked online — and the phone call became the backup plan.

Every industry made that jump. Towing mostly didn't.

What it costs

By the time they need a tow, the habit is already set.

Your customers aren't comparing you to the tow company across town. They're comparing you to everything else they book on that phone in under a minute.

01

The five-second exit

A stranded driver searches "tow truck near me," lands on your page, and finds only a phone number. Back button. Next company. You never knew they were there.

02

Accounts go to whoever is easiest

A dealership with four cars to move isn't making four phone calls. Whoever costs them the least time gets the account — and keeps it for years.

03

Younger customers don't call anyone

Food, rides, money, appointments — all handled without dialing a business once. They aren't being difficult. They were never taught to call.

04

A phone number disappears. An app doesn't.

Your number is buried in a call log by tomorrow. The next breakdown is a fresh Google search — a coin flip you pay to enter again. An icon on their home screen doesn't scroll away.

Every other industry solved this a decade ago.
Towing is still waiting on the phone.

Roughly $250 a job, every time one of them books somewhere else.

The fix

Towmatic Edge puts towing where everything else already is.

Two ways to book you online. One subscription.

Your website stops being a brochure and starts taking orders.
Your own app — your name, your logo — in the App Store and on Google Play.
Both dispatch to the next driver on call. No inbox, no dispatcher, no callback.

Do it now, not in three years: hardly anyone in your market has it yet. Online booking stopped being an advantage in most industries long ago. In towing, it's still an edge.

A contact form isn't instant dispatch.

Most tow websites have no form at all — or one that quietly emails somebody. If it doesn't say Instant Dispatch, it isn't booking jobs; it's a message waiting to be noticed. This one sends a truck.

Tap. Dispatched. On the way.

01

The customer taps

On your site, from a QR code, or in your app. Four fields, under ten seconds.

SmartLocate™ captures their exact GPS in one tap — not a street name they guessed at while standing on a shoulder.

SmartQuote™ prices the job off your real rate sheet — mileage, fees, vehicle class, time of day — and texts it over automatically. No driver moves until the customer replies YES.

02

The job hits a driver's phone

SmartDispatch™ sends it to the next driver in your rotation as a push notification, with the whole job attached: customer, pickup, drop-off, vehicle, issue. The rotation updates itself afterward. Nobody had to answer a phone for any of this to happen.

03

Somebody actually confirms it

SmartConfirm™ requires the driver to confirm inside a window you set. If he doesn't, the job automatically rolls to the next driver in rotation.

This is the part most online booking forms get wrong — they fire off an email and hope. A submitted job in Towmatic doesn't sit anywhere unacknowledged.

The customer gets a confirmation text with an ETA the moment a driver takes it.

Questions

Do I need Voice AI to use Edge?
No. Edge is the online half of Towmatic — everything a customer can do without talking to anyone. If you also want your phone line covered around the clock, that's Towmatic Max.
Is the app really under my company name?

Yes. Your name, your logo, your colors, listed in the App Store and on Google Play as your business — not as Towmatic. We handle the developer account, the submission, the review process, and every OS update after that.

How long until I'm live?

Your web forms typically go live the same day you sign up. The app takes longer — Apple and Google review submissions on their own schedule, usually two to four weeks. So you'll be taking online bookings from your website today, and your app shows up a few weeks behind it.

What if I don't control my website?

Doesn't matter. The forms work three ways: embedded in your site, linked as a hosted page, or scanned from a QR code. Plenty of our clients run the whole thing off QR codes and a link in their Google Business Profile. And we can help you get the forms and links placed on your website and your Google Business Profile.

Will my customers actually use it?

They already do this everywhere else. The only reason your customers call today is that calling is the only option you give them. Give them both and watch where the volume goes.

Where do the jobs go?

Straight to the next driver on your rotation as a push notification, with the full job attached. Nothing lands in an email inbox waiting to be noticed.

Are there any usage charges?

Towmatic Edge includes a $30/month communication credit at no additional cost — roughly 500 to 600 dispatches. It covers every text, email, and phone dispatch sent to your drivers, plus the confirmation texts sent to your customers.

Anything beyond that credit is passed through at cost: about $0.01–$0.05 per text.

How do I see what's happening, and how do my drivers get dispatched?

You and your drivers work out of the same Towmatic dashboard — on the web, or in the Towmatic operator app for iOS and Android. Every job that comes in is visible there in real time, and drivers receive their assignments as push notifications on their own phones with the full job attached.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Cancel any time.

Be the one that's already there.

Your website and your own app, both booking tows and dispatching drivers automatically. $697/month.
